Travel Level Elementary Age Players

A program that really packs a punch
Fitness training and hockey training meet in a one day, 4 hour power packed boot camp!

  • 1hr: Off-Rink Training

    • Strength, Speed, Core and Flexibility

  • 1hr: Individual Skills Training

    • High Intensity drilling for skating, stickhandling, shooting and passing

  • 1hr: Team Skills Training

    • Focus on Offensive/Defensive Play and Positioning

  • 1hr: Game Play/Scrimmage

    • Focus on playing the game better/having more fun
